PI Capture = Active PI Clients / Municipality Population
Measures the share of the local population that holds an active PI account. Median: 13.1%, Target: 18.0%.
Business Capture = Active Business Clients / Registered Businesses
Measures market penetration among registered businesses in the branch municipality. Median: 13.6%.
PI Loan Productivity = PI Loan Count / PI Sales Employees / 230 working days
Normalized daily disbursement rate per sales FTE. Bank average: 2.40 loans/day.
PI Digital Penetration = PI Digital Banking Users / PI Accounts
Business Digital = Business Digital Users / Business Accounts
Network average: PI 45.5%, Business 81.5%.
Housing Penetration = Housing Loan Count / PI Accounts
